Please note that all sales are final. However, if a product arrives broken or damaged, we are more than happy to replace it for you.

To initiate a replacement, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service at customerservice@mamaqueenbee.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.
  2. Include clear pictures of the broken or damaged product in your email. This will help us assess the situation and expedite the replacement process.
  3. Please provide the order number, items that are broken/damaged, and any other relevant information.

Once we receive your email, our team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will send out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
